Three times an entrepreneur, she has first-hand experience at starting both product-based and service businesses. Specifically, Gail has created and owned a successful, high technology PR agency, an award-winning gourmet retail store and her current innovative and specialized business serving both coaching and entrepreneurial PR clients.

She has 30 years of writing experience, which also includes working as a reporter for a daily newspaper and now as a columnist.
Her warm, interactive style helps entrepreneurs articulate their uniqueness and position their businesses for long-term success. She enjoys aligning with others who share her values of integrity, excellence and service.
Gail “walks her talk,” continually learning new skills that keep her abreast of change. A devoted mother, she created a professional life that enables her to be with her children while also satisfying her creative and intellectual stirrings. Downtime for spiritual renewal–through yoga, walking and journaling–is integral to her well-being and the insights she brings to clients as well.
Her on-site studio, set amongst acres of open meadows and surrounded by perennial gardens, was built specifically to provide clients with a quiet retreat-like space.
She is passionate about living a life of authenticity and in guiding others to finding, reclaiming or expressing their true selves.
Gail graduated with honors from The University of Rhode Island, with B.A. in journalism in 1979. She was editor of URI’s award-winning magazine, and also won second place recognition from The Society of Professional Journalists for an investigative story she wrote for the publication.
In her first professional job, she was a newspaper reporter for The Haverhill (Mass.) Gazette, and then began covering the computer industry in New England for the major trade press. She later became a PR executive, first working for Miller Communications, the company that launched LOTUS and COMPAQ personal computers to the world, before starting her own PR agency. She has supported more than 25 entrepreneurs in positioning and publicizing their businesses, including successful coverage on The Today Show, ABC News, The Phantom Gourmet, and in Business Week, Fortune, Newsweek, The Boston Globe, The Boston Business Journal, and many other media outlets including local, regional and trade press.
Her journalism and PR careers helped her become an author of self-help, non-fiction books that support readers through major life transitions.
In parallel with her writing life, she began coaching adults in transition nearly 20 years ago by co-facilitating workshops with a therapist. She started her private practice in 2002. She trained through Coachville, one of the largest coach training and development schools in the world, and is now a member of their Small Business and Graduate School of Coaching. She has also been a member of The International Coach Federation (ICF).
Independent of her coach training, Gail learned breakthrough belief transformation techniques, which she customized to her own proprietary tool she named Rewriting The Script. She is also an EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) practitioner and a second degree Reiki master, fully understanding that releasing negativity from the body is key to emotional healing and spiritual well-being.
